Last updated: 7 October 2026
This notice explains how DrKeys uses information submitted through the partnership inquiry form on drkeys.org. For questions about this notice or your inquiry, contact contact@drkeys.org.
What you share with us
When you send an inquiry, we collect your name, email address, company, partnership category, message, and company website if you provide one. We also record your consent, the submission date, and an inquiry reference so we can find and manage your request.
How we use your inquiry
We store your inquiry in our website database so DrKeys can review it, respond to you, discuss a potential business relationship, and keep track of its status. Submitting this form does not subscribe you to a marketing newsletter.
Storage and access
Inquiry records are stored on the hosting infrastructure used for this website and are accessible through a protected DrKeys administration area. Our hosting provider processes the website’s data as part of providing the hosting service. Records may also appear in operational backups.
We keep inquiries for follow-up and business record purposes. You can ask us to delete an inquiry that is no longer needed. We may need to retain some information for an ongoing business relationship or applicable record requirements.
Website security and cookies
The website uses a session cookie to protect form submissions and support administrator sign-in. This website does not include advertising trackers or analytics scripts. The hosting provider may keep technical access and security logs. The inquiry service uses a limited technical identifier to help prevent excessive submissions.
External websites
Marketplace and social links take you to external services, including Eneba, Gamivo, Gameflip, Kinguin, Driffle, WhatsApp, Telegram, LinkedIn, and Nova Deals. Those services handle information under their own privacy notices. We do not embed their tracking scripts in these pages.
Privacy requests
To ask about, correct, or request deletion of information in an inquiry, email contact@drkeys.org. Include your inquiry reference if you have it. We may ask for information to verify that the request relates to you before changing or disclosing a record.
Please send business and partnership details only. Do not include passwords, payment card details, access tokens, or other sensitive information in the inquiry form.
